Child sex abuse law defended before Colorado Supreme Court

A decision is expected before July 1, 2023. Victims of child sexual abuse have a three year window to bring their claims dating back to 1960 against perpetrators and ‘managing organizations’ who were responsible for the children’s safety and welfare where the abuse occurred.
